Donny and Marie Osmond are all about family.

They come from a legendary family of performers. Their new variety show at the Flamingo is great family entertainment. They cherish spending time with their families.

You can never have enough family. And now, the veteran performers have found another family to embrace them -- and what a welcome it has been!

“We’re honored to be party of the Vegas family,” Marie Osmond said, referring to the Donny & Marie show. “We’ve been blessed with full houses. The show has been successful and it’s incredibly flattering with all of the amazing entertainment that Las Vegas brings in. To be accepted by Vegas means a lot to both of us.”

Much has changed in Las Vegas over the years, but some things haven’t -- and those constants are part of what has led to the show’s success.

“There are so many great production shows here that we have to compete with -- but one of the things we love about the Flamingo Showroom is the size of the house,” she said. “We have a lot of screens and it’s a bigger production now, but you can see us. There’s not a bad seat in the house. We took this show back to an original kind of Vegas show where the audience is right in your face and a part of it and they experience it with you.”

Rock. Pop. Country. Broadway. Opera. You can enjoy all of it, and then some. And you’ll hear Donny & Marie like you never have before.

“We try to give the audiences something that’s different. We have a short musical clip with snippets of six or seven of our No. 1 songs, but everything else is what people don’t expect us to do. And it’s never the same show. Every night, we have fun with the audience and mix it up.”

Marie also has fun after the shows enjoying her new Las Vegas surroundings.

“I love the outdoors, and you are so close to so many great things in Las Vegas. And there are great restaurants and some great shopping here, and some of the best spas around,” she said. “There’s also a huge crafting community here with fabrics and quilting stores and there are fabulous doctors here. It’s amazing.”
